@fred1981: I want to eat tuna pero nag-limit ko ug canned food gud. Naa bay tuna flakes nga baligya sa supermarkets nga dili canned?
@LaBelleza: Thanks! I'll check out spirulina. Asa nimo gipalit imong spirulina?
Unsay nindot nga chicken recipes nga pref. not fried?
Unsay okay nga substitute for rice nga nindot i-side dish for meat?
BF & Lunch whole wheat 100% + soya or water and for dinner egg white & 100% protein, apple or banana
@dward
brad, nag tuna lang ko coz i know its cheaper than other types of proteins, plus the added fish oil in it, pwede man sad cream dory pero mahal lang oie. it tastes really good. if naglimit ka ug canned food, check lang pud how chicken grows fast and harvested. more or less than a month ra. not the natural thing. mostly sa iyang feeds ang daghan chemical. red meat, samot na karon. ang eggs, samot na. chemical gihapon. hahay... wla na gyuy maingun nga safe karon. not unless you raise your own livestock.
spirulina i guess is somekind of plant. i dont know if it has a complete amino acid profile as compared to white and red meat.
chicken is best steamed without the skin if for lean protein imong ganahan.
side dish for meat, daghan man, yams or sweet potatoes. brown rice, brocolli, ug mais (humay).hehe.
hope dis helps.![]()
