What's the basis of competence? Prior to his winning streak in the palace, he was a legislator and no bills by him was made into law! There was a bill, yeah, but there was no law, he didn't pass a single law!

kung serious gyud ang TS ani then reading a wikipedia article about Ninoy Aquino, Ferdinand Marcos, EDSA People power, Noynoy Aquino would suffice to answer his questions regarding the EDSA heroism.. Heroism of the many and not just of Ninoy..
