One thing I'd like to add, although off-topic, is that no decent atheist actually "preaches" atheism, to their kids or anybody else. You don't tell your kids "you should be an atheist because religion is bad." No, that's not how it works at all. What you do is you give your children the necessary tools to think for themselves, you teach them to think critically and to be skeptical of everything. Teach them not to believe any old thing people tell them, and instead to examine whether they can be proven true or false. Teach them to think like scientists. If your children choose to believe in God, then let them. If they choose to become atheists, even better.
