good post as always,xeno. but i wonder why on earth most of bodybuilder pros are still doing those myth? i saw them eating like tons of food in thier cheat meal so instead on bringing foods everywhere they go, they just eat it one time for less hassle. i even saw one of kais vid training that he even stopped on his training just to eat his meal.. do u have any idea,brod?
