    Default Endurance athletes more prone to gastro problems


    hi there,

    Exercise may do well to our body and health. But in some instances it can cause problem especially excessive work out and exercise. Athletes and players are losing much water from their body because of different activities. This can lead to dehydration and gastrointestinal problems. Hence problem like bleeding and cramping are most likely to happen.

    anyone who engages in strenuous activity should understand the health hazards involved. di man ko athlete, not in a competitive sense, pero as a mountaineer part na sa training ang pagsabot ug paglikay sa mga posible mahitabo sama sa dehydration, hyponatremia etc.

    I'm an endurance athlete. I run marathons and ultramarathons. sa akong nasinati naka experince nako cramping, ug kanang malipong low ang bloodsugar normal ra sa mga endurance athlete mag agi gyud ana

    nice info brad...ga join ko before adventure racing way back 2001-2002,2006-2007..then nag shift ko ug marathon..full marathon 'til present ok ra man ko buyag ra..study first what kind of sport u would like to engage yourself into..then train accordingly..mada ra jud..first jud nimo na concern is your safety.
