    for me its one jumping jacks and Burpee's one minute each, kani dili dyud ni ma wala. kay sulit, then everything else dayon.

    bicep curls: try holding your dumbbells at the fold of your fingertips then let your wrist relax when you curl up. this will help your peaks grow more visible
