There is what is called RIGHTEOUS INDIGNATION. It is when a person gets angry when a wrong is done. Moses threw the original copy of the Ten Commandments when he saw the Israelites worshiping a Golden Calf out of Righteous Indignation. Samson Killed a horde of Phillistines with the Jawbone of an @#$% when he saw the injustice they were doing. Even Jesus overthrew the tables of the moneychangers at the temple because they made the House of God a marketplace. NOT all violence is wrong if it is done in Righteous Indignation.

Even our law allows a husband to kill if he catches his wife in the act of having *** with another man. Or to defend the honor of his daughter if she is being sexually assaulted by another man. For those who have never experience Righteous Indignation, maybe it's because you are not righteous. Before we judge the Lady Mayor, think of the people who were hurt because the sheriff did not heed her request to delay for 2 hours in order to prevent violence.

i am from davao... dili abusado ang mga duterte...love cla sa mga tao didto..because of wat they have done in that City. mao na..I support Mayor sarah...And wish her well... I wish we could have a mayor like them (RODY or INDAY) here in Cebu...way crips, way bloods, way mga gangs didto... way snatchers...way tulisan..diri sa cebu..pwerting daghanang TULISAN...

What is moral might be different from what is legal. There is no question that what the lady Mayor did was morally right even if the law is against it. Mayor Duterte cannot be morally blamed for what she did. Sometimes, you need to violate the law (which can be immoral) in order to do what is morally right (i.e., to defend the welfare of most people in the community).
