What if mohawa ka sa company unya wa pa kay 6 months kay wa ka kauyon sa management, unsay consequences nimo if d ka mobayad sa certain amount?

I have this friend, he was hired by a company in the Middle East but then he left it for a better paying one. The second company was on the same country, the same city. Now, the agency and his previous company is chasing after him. He left the second company since he could get arrested. He can't find a job fearing arrest. He can't leave for the Philippines since he'll be arrested upon landing here. God knows what the guy is doing now or where he is.

safest answer ani sir kay imo jud tiwason ang contract no matter what. i know lisod na coz naka agi mn sad ko company before nga wa ko kauyon sa management but i tried to stick to it as long as i could, good thing lang sa ako, wala bond naka indicate sa ako work contract..

pwede mn ka mo-resign but the risks are plenty jud..one possible solution is dili nimo i-declare sa CV kana nga experience nimo so there may be a slim chance nga makalusot ka..ang risk jud ani nga scenario is basin kaila ra ang HR or management sa previous employer nimo ang imo next company nga apply-an so timbang2x ni nimo sir.

actually mga brad...dili na siya dapat kanang naa certain amount nga ipabayad nimo if mohawa ka...unless there is a training bond...wherein the company has spent some investment in you. try to consult a legal source as to the legality of the said contract. but nevertheless, 6 months is just a short time...
