so mag juice lang? hmm.. the human stomach is not design to process liquids all day... even if mo eat ka all the vegtables and fruits a week before.. it will be digested a few hours after...
the fastest i know is around 12 weeks (3 months) around 12lbs~24lbs, 30lbs at max <-- this is very difficult already.. hehehe..
yes mag juice lang. you won't be processing liquids for the rest of your life you know...you can try it for 3-5 days if you want. i tried it and i never got hungry. this information is also from the help of my dad who is a Naturo-Pathologist. He studied in the states and this is the treatment he gives for diabetics and obese patients for them to go back to their natural weight.
take note i said all day not for the rest of your life... hehehehe... in my opinion it's dangerous and too fast...
on the same program, wouldn't that happend too?Originally Posted by aleyson
yeah i know what you said sir. if this program was dangerous then why would doctors recomment it?![]()
just because it is not what you are accustomed to doesn't mean its dangerous. we filipinos believe in eating...a lot. good thing we are not obese like some of the americans.
on your quote, yes you would gain back the weight if you start eating fatty foods. but in the program you are NOT allowed to eat such things because you are FASTING.
naa koy fat burners baligya...maka help jd ni ug loose weight if mag gym ka or playing your sports...![]()
i have this friend who used to weigh about 160lbs. she avoided rice in each meal. as much as possible, barbecued ang iya foods so as to do away with cooking oil or other fattening ingredients. she made sure pod na she was eating veggies on a regular basis. in just about 3 months, she lost more than 35lbs jud. as in.

doctors don't get anything from giving a program. they save a life and that's whats important. this information is free. of course kung magpa check up ka then bayad kag consultation fee.Originally Posted by P-Chan
after you juice and eat vegetarian foods you won't look for meat. but its up to you...if you lose the weight and decide to eat a lot of fatty foods so mu gain gyud na balik oy. majority of those who used this program wanted to keep the weight off and watched what they eat. its all about eating healthy. why would you start to eat unhealthy foods again when your used to eating healthy foods?
good for her!Originally Posted by crinkle
