I am living in a rental apartment and want my own home. I am confused to build my own house or buy home through a good agent. I think buying home is better because building up takes too much time, what is your opinion?

If you are a regular working pinoy and has no time for some extra stuff then I would strongly suggest to get a House, building one may take so much of your time and most of the people I know who build their own house spend more than their expected budget, Yes "more than".
We have this mentality na "mka tipid" if we build our own, but once your on it, there are things you want to add, esp. when you see home stuff on sale, you can't control the time and materials wasted, not unless your managing the carpenters 24/7.

So if our looking for a home that fits your budget let me know.
