College football :)

Hi guys
So i'm 15 now and pretty big for my age.I'm 6'4, 170 lbs, i been boxing for last 6 years.
And i want to come to the college in US and play some football aand if i get lucky maybe even to the NFL (but thats plan B)
Only problem is , i live in Europe (Estonia ) maybe you have heard of Margus Hunt, if yes then i'm from same country and even from the same Village.
How could i get to the college then? Cuz money is not problem for our family.
Or how i could write or take contacts with college football coaches?

You live in Europe? Just curious... are you a Cebuano/Filipino?

Also, what college are you referring to--- college here in the Philippines (Cebu to be specific)??
