    Default Desperate to win over weight loss


    I've been struggling to lose weight I since I can remember. Did many diets and exercises pero wa lang gyapon. Maybe you can teach me how not to eat too much. Please help me. D lang ni para pagwapa, para nis akong health.

    from 77KG to 65KG nlng ko karon but i follow very strict regimen.

    this is a good idea. buddy system proves to work with high chances

    exactly my point br0.. higher chances jud ky we can operate together as a single unit so that we are able to monitor and help each other out... this also helps to promote friendship, better support of coursework, behavioral and social needs... ^_^

    Losing weight is SOOOO HARD. You have to put your mind and heart into it. First you really have to set a goal, in your diet if hilig ka rice, taper your rice consumption, if you want to workout, start slow cardio, lift light weight.

    Tell me more about your body type, your diet and the things you usually do. Maybe we can advice you some things that we picked up here and there. @P-Chan can also guide you into it.

    I agree with @gracie7. I had to give up on foods that I love so that I can lose weight. and its a good thing that you have someone who you can talk with about this so that they can advise you on what to do.

    nice ang idea ni jan nga buddy system... basin pwede ta mag fishball este i mean eyeball... we can share what we learn and at the same time mag motivate each other

    we learn jud from the master eater.. ay este, master practitioner in anti eating diay but very good in drinking plus 2x order of sisig w/rice at shaka... LOL...

    1.Write 'em down. Start a food and exercise journal, and be sure to include a list of goals. ...
    2.Make your goals specific. Saying you want to "lose weight" won't keep your hand out of the cookie jar...
    3.Take things one step at a time. ...
    4.Focus on overall health. ...
    5.Plan for setbacks. ^_^
