    Default Warehouse/factory rennovation

    Hello everyone,

    I'm in Cebu trying to find a warehouse/factory to purchase for some light manufacturing. Some of the roofs need to be replaced, but I have no idea how to choose metal roofs. Can someone give me advice on what I should be looking for? Thanks.
