Feeling down in the dumps

Maybe I should jog alone, or do yoga again, or wall climb, or ride a bus alone. Buy incense, pamper my neglected feet - they were once upon a time one of the things I like about myself, or I dunno, call old friends or make new ones. Or maybe I should hunt for blue's clues around some areas in the city (I accidentally found three in random places which sparked my curiosity). I have a feeling this last one will work a little so might try it out this weekend.

It's my birthday tomorrow except I'm not sure I can celebrate it, not that I still look forward to celebrating it but my sisters do. I have 2 exams tomorrow, will give 3 injections for the first time but I"m too down to dread the instructor (funny). Might also receive 3 injections myself. I'm not enthusiastic, I'm not excited, I'm not particularly happy.

    I've been thinking about doing yoga too, for the first time.

    I do yoga alone and based on experience it has an immediate effect on the body. That is you immediately feel good afterwards. Only downside is it's too time consuming for me. I'm using Richard Hittleman's 28 day exercise plan.
