The Open Kitchen
The open kitchen is an amazing area of Ampersand, it is where the magic of Chef Fortune Fulgar begins. It has a wooden fire oven that will be used for new additions to their menu--Sicilian pizzas with a touch from the chef.
Spend your week at Ampersand with their Mojito Mondays, Tequila Tuesdays, Wine All You Can Wednesdays, Thirsty Thursdays (Gin and Tonic), Acoustic Fridays, and Saturdays with beats from the night's DJs!
