Sugbusog 2015 Pagkaong Inato

With Sinulog 2015 just a couple of days away, Cafe Marco’s Culinary Journeys, Sugbusog 2015: Pagkaong Inato, celebrates the festivity with a Fiesta-inspired theme and feel. Sugbusog, is now on its third year of introducing culinary masterpieces to locals and tourists.


Start this year by enjoying the finest of Cebuano dishes as Café Marco brings you the first Culinary Journey of the year, “Sugbusog 2015: Pangkaong Inato!" from January 9 to 18 over lunch and dinner at Cafe Marco on top of their famous international buffet.

Begin your journey with Cebu’s favorite appetizers and salads such as Green Mango with Bagoong, Fresh Lumpia with Peanut Sauce, Kinilaw na tanguige (Raw Fish Soaked in Vinegar and Spices), Kinusit-kusit nga Nokos (Flaked Dried Squid); Soups like Linarang na Bareles (Hot and Sour Fish Soup), Tinunuang Mongos (Mung Bean Soup with Coconut Milk) Tinolang Manok Bisaya (Native Chicken with Chili Leaves, Papaya and Malunggay); Adobong Mais Kan-on (Corn Grits)
Balbacua (Ox Tail and Knuckles in Peanut Sauce), Dinuguan (Pig's Blood Soup), Boiled Camote and Banana.
