• Coffee Prince is Here

Remember the Koreanovela "Coffee Prince" back in 2007? A Coffee shop inspired by the said TV series has just opened at Capitol right across Cebu Doctor's Hospital. True to its name, Coffee Prince imbibes the feel of the Koreanovela, the staff and crew don the same uniform and the interior is an interpretation of the look of the TV series' coffee shop.

It is not your ordinary coffee shop if you are expecting to get into one. It is a place where your imagination can run free, where you can feel giddy or play pretend. Each nook has a resident stuffed toy who can join you with your pretend tea party, coffee party in this case.

Coffee Prince is a good place to unwind and relax with family and friends or coworkers while enjoying a cup of your choice and sharing an order or two of pasta or pastry paired with great conversation at the same time.

The place offers an array of brews and frappés, and pastries. Must-try is their java Chip frappe which can be topped with either whipped cream or a fluffy cotton candy. For the chocolate lovers out there, order their mouth-watering Choco Waffle which is a chocolate waffle topped with ice cream and whipped cream drizzled with chocolate and caramel sauce. Their Luther Burger (a doughnut-burger combination) is also a must-try, a juicy all meat hamburger patty topped with bacon and cheese stuffed in an original glazed doughnut which gives a delicious fusion of sweet and salty, served with French fries, scrambled eggs and veggies on the side.

The shop also boasts of "Love Locks". Love locks date back to a sad Serbian story during world war 1 where sweethearts inscribed their names on padlocks and attach it on fixtures to symbolize their unbreakable love. Today, love locks can be seen in certain places around the world. For Coffee Prince, love locks are available for a fee. A set consists of an acrylic heart where messages or names are written, a padlock and a key. The love locks are then attached to the heart grill inside the shop or the provided grills outside the place.

Coffee prince is open daily from 9am to 1am. For inquiries and reservations call (032) 4161960

Parking directions: Drive by Don Gil Garcia Street (Road behind Bo’s Coffee Capitol) and park at Suarez and Sons Compound Parking

I really dont know that how people live without the coffee. Even every 4 hours I need a cup of coffee. Recently I visited this coffee house https://nicelocal.co.uk/nearme/resta...coffee_houses/ and I must say that their coffee taste was amazing and I am missing that taste till now.
