Any plans for the weekend? Head on to Ibiza Beach Club for their weekend brunch buffet at the Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu. They now offer Asian Fusion Brunch twice a week every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am to 2:30pm.

The Asian Fusion Brunch combines different cuisines from Asia into one eating experience. Featured dishes include kinilaw, maki rolls, couscous with spicy Korean kimchi and calamari, smoked white fish with banana blossom and coconut vinaigrette, and Chinese steamed white chicken with ginger sauce to name a few.
The seasonal menu changes weekly and features new dishes as well as selections from the hotel's best-selling ala carte specialties. Guests can look forward to free-flowing Celebrus Brut, sparkling wine cocktails and explore the different stations which include starters and appetizers, fresh garden greens for salad and seafood bar, sushi and Cantonese noodle stations, dimsum, Chinese BBQ and a dessert table - with all kinds of cakes, brownies, and puddings.
Enjoy all of these scrumptious treats for Php1,600 net per person. After brunch, guests are invited to linger and enjoy the ocean view while listening to the finest in chill house music. Complimentary transfers are available to and from the city with meeting points at Ayala Center Cebu every 11:15am and return trips to the city at 2:00pm and 4:00pm.
According to Executive Chef Aaron Foster, this is an experience that is to be savored at a leisurely pace, given the vast buffet spread featuring dishes from the Asian region. This menu is a new and exciting venture for Ibiza Beach Club.
