Welcome to dá.yun Asian Noms!
Here's a plateful of Asian noms you must try!
Appetizers
• Notcho Nacho - not your (usual) nacho. A Korean version of the famous nachos. Gochujang-flavored beef served with crispy wanton skin chips.
• Corn Fritters - Thai-inspired dish of fried fritters corn made with Japanese-inspired flavors. Shrimp on Toast - because everything is better with bread! Savory deep-fried shrimp toast with truffle sweet and sour sauce.
Salads and Sandwich
• dá.yun Salad - our signature salad is a whimsical Filipino-inspired blend of flavors. Romaine and Pomelo with spicy honeycomb and bagoong vinaigrette.
• Sugbu Salad - mixed greens of lettuce and pechay topped with dried mangoes and chorizo with mango vinaigrette. A must-try.
• Inasal Bahn Mi - all the flavors of the favorite Vietnamese sandwich filled with pinoy chicken inasal. We use ciabatta bread for this one.
Noodles
• Penang Char Kway Teow - stir-fried flat rice noodles, our version is inspired by the streets of Penang, Malaysia.
•K-Pork Belly Kimchi Stew - inspired by the Korean army stew, this one's a real pork belly instead of processed meats. Warm and spicy soup.
• Phad Thai- a favorite Thai stir-fried rice noodle with tofu and chicken.
