      To our community, we are once again faced with one of the worst tragedies that could ever befall in our land and we would like to invoke our call for unity and charity. CDO and Iligan are in dire need of whatever we can extend as help and I know that in the spirit of Christmas, we can extend our hands to them!

      iSTORYA.NET activates "OPERATION SENDONG" and we would like to knock on your kind hearts to afford just about anything for the families who have lost their homes, loved ones and means of living. This drive will run from December 19, 2011 to December 31, 2011. We would like to encourage all to donate canned goods, food products, used clothing, cash, toys, etc. You may drop your donations in iSTORYA.NET office located at Rm. 201 MIT Building, Gorordo Ave. Lahug Cebu City (Beside Jollibee J.Y. Square) starting Tuesday, December 20, 2011 from 6 AM to 5 PM look for Melvin.

      Please note also that our first shipment of donations will be on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 so please make sure that we drop our donations on Tuesday.

      We would really appreciate anything that you can extend for our brothers and sisters in Iligan and CDO. Thank you guys and Merry Christmas.

      We have coordinated with BCBP - CDO Chapter (Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals). They will be our partners in ensuring that our donations are properly distributed. Anything from blankets, clothing, canned goods, medicine, first aid kits, bottled water, and personal hygiene products are accepted. Please make sure that they are useable. Thank you!

      2) PRG Photoshop - Baseline Complex, Juana Osmeņa St., Cebu City (Monday-Saturday 10AM-6PM)
      3) Alberto's Pizza - A.S. Fortuna (near Banilad Flyover), Mandaue City (Sunday-Saturday 9AM-2AM)
      4) Insotec Computers - 2900 Osmena St. Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City (Monday-Saturday 9AM-6PM)

      We will be sending our first shipment of donated food products, used clothes, blankets, drinking water, toiletries etc. tomorrow so we can address the immediate needs in CDO and Iligan. However, this donation drive will be ongoing until December 31 and we will be making several more shipments, as needed.

        are u still accepting donations for operation sendong ... gun ob isnearer to my place so i decided to send it there instead of sending it to IT park.

        Operation Sendong Update: As of this afternoon, all donations have already been forwarded to LBC for distribution in CDO and Iligan. Instead of the original plan of coordinating with BCBP - CDO Chapter, we coordinated with LBC for faster and more efficient shipment and distribution of our donations.
        Our drop-off points will continue to accept your donations until December 31. Since we are now coordinating with LBC, we can ship as much and as many times as we can. Again, thank you for your generosity and Merry Christmas iSTORYAns...!

        Having 'worked' on the iSTORYA.NET Sendong donation drive, I am now convinced that there is so much goodness and kindness here in Cebu. The iSTORYA.NET community is full of people who have so much love in their hearts and are just always ready to share. Thank you to all those who donated and to all those who helped load and unload all the donations!
