New dimsum experience at Ding How

Ding How Dimsum House is elevating the dining experience with its new digital ordering system. This feature is available at their newest branch in Ayala Central Bloc.


Ding How’s digital ordering system allows customers to have a more convenient ordering process. Individual screens are installed on each table. You can browse through a digitalized menu as well as trivia, history, and multimedia of Ding How. With this, you can order at your own pace. After an order has been placed, the staff will confirm your order and inform you of the waiting time before your food will be served. All Ding How’s dishes are made-to-order. Each dish is served fresh to ensure quality and favorable dining experience.


Ding How first opened in 1969 on Colon Street. They were a pioneer dim sum restaurant that served dim sum all-day. This was when they introduced the iconic Steamed Fried Rice. In 2017, they reopened at Robinsons Galleria Cebu. This year, they aim to improve the dining experience of a new generation of diners. They are meshing their classic dishes and the innovation of the times together.

Company President Raymond Kokseng said, “Our commitment has always been two-fold: preserving the rich story of Ding How dishes and improving dining experience.
