Marco Polo Plaza's culinary journeys are iconic buffets that are inspired by different cuisines. From January 15 to 21, they are hosting the Sugbusog culinary journey.
They take their guests to different places in the world through food. They have taken their guests to China, India, and Switzerland. They have even taken guests through the history of the Philippine revolution.
For the Sinulog season this year, guests are going to be Sugbusog Gihapon. The Sugbusog Gihapon culinary journey is the first one to kick off the new year. It is a feast of classic Cebuano favorites. Guests can feast on the iconic Cebuano lechon. Other dishes include humba, barbecue, and puso or hanging rice.

Marco Polo Plaza Cebu wants guests to discover more of Cebu through a gastronomic adventure. As per usual, the buffet is available at Café Marco. The hotel invites everyone to celebrate the city-wide fiesta with this culinary journey.
Café Marco at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu is open daily. For the lunch buffet, they are open from 12 noon until 2:30 PM. For the dinner buffet, they are open from 6:30 PM through 10 PM.
