Marco Polo Plaza Cebu invites guests to embark on a Swiss culinary journey. From August 1 until August 5, you can enjoy a selection of food from a bountiful Swiss buffet. The buffet spread includes chocolates, Raclettes, and cheese fondues.
Over the 12 years that Marco Polo Plaza has been in the industry, they have crafted different culinary journeys. This month, they are calling on all global citizens to join a culinary festival to Switzerland. This is in line with the celebration of Swiss National Day.
This is a national holiday in Switzerland that celebrates the founding of the Swiss Confederation in 1291. During this date, a historic alliance between the three cantons of Uri, Schwyz, and Unterwalden was formed. In lieu of this holiday, Marco Polo’s chefs recreate Swissness from A to Z. Guests can indulge in dishes like Alpine dried-beef, cheese fondue, sausages, and Zurich-style sliced meat. Get a taste of these offerings for lunch or dinner at Cafe Marco.
Cafe Marco is open from Mondays through Sundays. The lunch buffet costs Php1,230 net per person. It is open from 12 NN to 2:30 PM. The dinner buffet costs Php1,520 net per person. It is open from 6:30 PM to 10 PM. For the last day of Swissness from A to Z, a special treat is going to be available for Sunday brunch.
