The Pig & Palm, Michelin-starred Chef Jason Atherton’s first restaurant in the Philippines, was recognized as one of the Top 20 Restaurants in the Best Restaurants Guide for 2018 by T. Dining, Philippine Tatler’s new cross-platform lifestyle brand dedicated to food enthusiasts. The list, which chronicles all things epicurean, is curated according to four pillars—impressive menu, distinct wine selection, pleasant ambiance, and impeccable service.
Head Chef Karl Emsen received the award last January 27 at the Raffles Makati.
