Marco Polo Plaza Cebu introduces signature Six

If you have dined in one of Marco Polo’s F&B outlets, chances are you have tried one or two of their signature six. These are Marco Polo’s bests.


Recently, Marco Polo has officially launched 6 best dishes that is truly a signature of the hotel. Included in the line-up are: Marco Polo’s Adobo, Ensaimadas, Mango Cheesecake, Malicious Cookies and the signature drinks include the Silk Road Iced Coffee and Earl Grape Iced Tea.

Marco Polo’s version of Abodo in Café Marco is an all-time favorite. The meat is marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic, and is bursting with flavors in every bite.


The mango cheesecake is sweet, creamy, and topped with Cebu mangoes. Its crust is made of crushed chocolate chip cookies.


Who is familiar with Marco Polo’s malicious cookies? Those who have sweet tooth surely are. These cookies have received several recognitions and have been hailed as one of the Best Desserts in the Philippines.


Marco Polo’s Ensaimadas are afternoon delights perfect for merienda and pasalubong treats. You may have it for takeout in a box of 3 or 6.
For the signature drink, the Silk Road Iced Coffee is a must-try. A blended iced frappuccino created from overnight-infused coffee, flavored with cinnamon syrup and milk, topped with marshmallow and Italian meringues. It is served with Cinnamon S’mores that are warmed to perfection.

Another drink that you shouldn’t miss while in Marco Polo is the Earl Grape Iced Tea. It is a combination of elderflower syrup, earl grey tea and seedless green grapes concocted to make it refreshing.
