Mondays feature Filipino dishes such as Lechon Carajay. On Tuesdays it's all about spice and flavor, get a taste of Peranakan cuisine (fusion of Southeast Asian flavors).
Wednesdays bring you to the wonders of the Far East as Chinese food takes the spotlight. On Thursdays, the buffet heads to Europe as German dishes are available. Fridays are for Japanese food lovers, the buffet features an all-you-can eat sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese favorites. Saturdays are easy Italian, with healthy dishes from the Mediterranean. Sundays feature Spanish cuisine for lunch, and an Australian menu during dinner.
Buffet starts at P468 for lunch and P508 for dinner, you can bring in the whole family without worrying about the budget.
The hotel also features a seasonal buffet. Recently it had an all-Indian buffet to celebrate Parsi New Year. Offered in the buffet were Fish Head Curry, Roasted Lamb, and free flowing wine. Buffet must-try are the all-time favorite laksa, beef salpicao, Osso Bucom and Aglio Olio at the pasta station.
