Sun Life's first all female relay team in the Ironman consisted of Christine Jacob-Sandejas, Laarni de Guzman, and Jaymie Pizarro
The team is composed of former Olympian and TV host Christine Jacob Sandejas (swim), athlete Laarni de Guzman (bike), and Sun Life Health and Wellness Marketing Manager Jaymie “The Bull Runner” Pizarro (run).
Sun Life fielded a total of five relay teams and one individual racer in the prestigious race, composed of its very own executives and employees. This is part of Sun Life’s initiatives to promote health and wellness among Filipinos.
