A Fun Summer Sunday Crafternoon at the Happier Café Caw
Café Caw was nothing but a joyous and happier place to be in last Sunday! The modern-day bistro launched their campaign, Make It Happier, with a Summer Crafternoon for everyone who’s into arts and crafts together with homegrown Cebuano artists.
The Cebuano artists held capsule workshops on different arts and crafts topics. Gizelle Faye Bunagan of Cuckoo Cloud Concepts, taught the basic steps and tricks in summer flower crown making.
Illustrator and graphic designer, Sam Despi, shared her knowledge and skills on summer illustration in painting.
Last workshop was by Meream Pacayra of Bored & Crafty and Thimble Cap. She showed everyone how to do rubber stamp carving.
Those who signed up for the workshops received craft materials, snacks, and kits with surprise items from sponsors such as Datche, Skin Potions Cebu, Bloom, Lifelab and Glitchgrafiks.
The Happy Shop
On the same day, Café Caw opens The Happy Shop, a crafts exhibit and shop where Cebuano artists and entrepreneurs such as Glitchgrafiks, Raw by Roque, Crafts at Saffron and Lilila Primitive Art displayed and sold their products.
Make it Happier
With their campaign, Make it Happier, the vision of the bistro’s owner was realized as they reintroduce Café Caw as a go-to happy dining place in Cebu. From their pretty interiors, flavorful and “instagrammable” dishes, cakes and pastries, top quality coffee in Cebu – all these key points that they’ve been known for years have improved even more. Now they have their newly revamped menu, along with exciting promos such gift and loyalty cards for their customers. For sure, everyone will be in for more fun and happier dining experience.
