It was a jam-packed buffet table filled with Asian specialties.

Chef Jeff Pelaez said, “The Seven Days of UNO serves as a special attraction for the guests.” He added “We try to do something different every day.” He explained that their buffet is mostly Filipino oriented as they continue to incorporate food such as embutido, talong, and crispy pata, as well as baking fresh pandesal every morning.
