Now on its 16th year, this time, our sailors are set to conquer Central Visayas from February 20 – 28, 2016. The Philippine Inter-Island Sailing Foundation, Inc. (PHINSAF), a non-profit organization that promotes the eco-friendly sport of sailing and tourism in the country; the organizing body of the Philippine Hobie Challenge has partnered with the country’s leading mobile phones and electronics company, Cherry Mobile to bring you the 2016 Cherry Mobile Philippine Hobie Challenge | Central Visayas Challenge!
