To provide ease and public convenience, a valet service, a tourist desk and concierge grant that needed assistance. Its two-level PUV terminal is an accessible commuters’ facility with an organized loading and unloading system with routes to different parts of Metro Cebu and its neighboring towns.

The Best of Cebu is the most recent in a string of awards given to Ayala Center Cebu this year. It received the 2015 Apolinario Mabini Award as PWD-Friendly Establishment (Bronze Award), in recognition of the PWD-friendly facilities and services of the mall and for being an advocate for the welfare of Persons With Disabilities (PWD), fostering a culture of inclusiveness through programs, activities and facilities designed for the PWD sector. Ayala Center Cebu also won the Gold Award in the renovations and expansions design and development category at the 2015 Asia Pacific Shopping Center Awards competition of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for its new expansion wing.
