Vista Residences takes "Ceboom" to New Heights

Vista Residences Inc. (VRI) makes a monumental contribution to Cebu's Real Estate Boom.
The Villar Group of Companies, headed by Manny Villar, launched its Vista Residences brand in Cebu yesterday.

According to Manny Villar, VRI, the condominium arm of the country's premier property developer, Vista Land, is developing Vista Suarez - a mixed-use building that will rise right on Gorordo Avenue, where the Camella Homes office is currently located. Vista Suarez is a 32-storey, two-tower development with 1,100 units on a 3,700 square meter property right in the heart of Metro Cebu. The project will be developed over a period of five years.

Vista Suarez Cebu will offer a minimal 27 units per floor in Tower 1, and only 14 units per floor in Tower 2. This will allow for more privacy, much less crowding in the public areas, and more breathing space - a huge premium in condominium living. It's unique L-shape was created to make sure every single unit share in the incredible views of the city and he mountains that fringe the Visayan metropolis.

The ground floor will be for commercial and retail spaces, the second and third floors will be allocated for office units, and 950 units for condotel. The management and operations of the condotel will be under an international hotel chain, Villar adds.

Vista residences is the fifth brand under the Villar group of companies. Other brands are Lumina homes, Camella homes, starmalls inc., and golden haven memorial.

In 2012, real estate became Cebu's fastest-growing sector, with a revenue growth of 18.8 percent. "Ceboom" was creating a massive influx into the Visayan nexus.
