    Default linux kernel hacking: sched.c

i dont know anything about any linux distro but i dove right into the kernel scheduler.

    its a thesis thing.

    the kernel scheduler is abstracted.

is there anybody here who knows the schduler well? because i will not pointlessly post my long question if there isnt..

Maybe you should try first Minix inorder to understand scheduler. Correct me if im wrong, the first version of the Linux kernel is based on Minix.

I don't know if im correct. Try first the Minix O.S which is still the basic. Second, i think the linux kernel is now more complicated.
