nagama ko ug profit and loss personal lang..

help me with this one guys im so newb about excel..

basic lang ako gusto gam.on mora ra siya ug income statement form profit - expenses = netprofit.


nahuman na nako ug gama wala nay problema.
and akong gusto

1. unsaon pag secure or protect sa form nga dli ma edit.

gusto nako mag input nalang unta ko sa pila ang profit ug pila ang expenses aside from that wala nakoy mabuhat like mo input ug text etc..murag ibawal na unta ang ubang function aside pag input
sa profit and expenses.

First of all, you need to tell us kung unsa na ga version imo Excel.... '95 ? ..'2003 ?.. '2007 ?

Anyway, here are what i think would work.
You must "unprotect" the cells nga gusto nimo imo input'an later.
Then protect the rest or the whole sheet.


In Excel 2007:
2) Right click on the cells nga gusto nimo pwede ma-edit later bisag naay write-protect.
----Click Format Cells -->> then click tab Protection
----untick checkbox Locked.
----then click ok.

1) Next right-click on the sheet/tab name. Kana ganing taa sa ubos, kanang naay "sheet1", "sheet2","Sheet3".... ect.
----Syempre, adto ka mo-right click sa sheet nga imo gusto i-protect.
----Then click Protect Sheet
----Type your password and retype to confirm.
---- Human!

In Excel 2003:

1) Follow #2 above.
2) On the menu, click Tools -->> then Protection -->> then Protect sheet.
----Type your password and retype to confirm.
---- Human!

Caution: DONT FORGET YOUR PASSWORD.

just don't trust too much sa password security sa excel labi na naa ka important info stored in it
too easy as in very easy to hack...
you can use IRM feature for better security...it comes with a cost or if naa ka IRM infrastructure may be free hehe

naay lain aternative pa..
kung nahan gyud ka excel nga everytime mo sulod ka sa excel nga protected mangayo gyud sya password..

ma gamit sad nimo ni sa ms word..

save as..
go to option naa na sa lower left when saving..
then go to securities..
then create password..
then save..
