Sync Outlook and Google

Does anyone Sync their Microsoft Outlook 2007 with Google (Contacts, Calendar, notes, tasks)? If so what do you use?

The free one is cool but I find it so complicated. I can't even figure out the setup. I just want a simple two way sync. I am willing to buy as this is very important to me. I will use it on two machines.

Suggestions would be so much appreciated, thanks!
