What will happen if i change pc100 with pc133 ram on a laptop???

depende.... kung imong laptop musupport ug pc133, mupaspas gmay. pero kung dili musupport, either BSOD or ang imong pc133 magdagan pareha sa pc100.

Yes, lickndip is right. If the board does not support pc133, it will run at pc100 speed only. Check the manual about that.
