Ease of Use?
For beginners or programmers?
For gaming?
As server?
In cost of software?
In TCO (total cost of ownership)?

For me, I use both. Depends sa application. Naay wala sa linux nga dev tools nako. Pero 80% naa ko sa linux.

probably linux would be best if you dont have money

linux is best suite for programmers, not for gamers or standard users not so users friendly
windows is suite for all, especially if your into gaming and stuff, lots of 3rd part software available to tweak the system up
