ako timbang karun mga 120 pounds...
push ups ug pull ups ra bai mudako na imo chest ug biceps ana. bisag di na ka mugasto ug gym. sa balay ra mana ayos na basta naa ra pud ka disiplina na kada adlaw buhaton nimo aron mudako gyud sya.
