HELP: Bluetooth problem

Guyz naa lagi ko bluetooth sending problem...

Ako phone na O2 XDA IIs can successfully send files to another phone via bluetooth, but if other phones will send it to me dili mn sila ka send ky cannot conect kuno.. y mn?

Any help?
