Rules and Guidelines

1. Upon arrival, please sign the attendance sheet

• Real/apparent name
• multiply/flickr account
• email
• Time of arrival
• Status: CCC member, Non-CCC member

A. CCC members who have not passed their details for the CCC directory will be asked to pass a form.

2. Since this is a picnic type, it is highly encouraged that EVERYONE brings food for at least five people.

A. Free food mongering is HIGHLY discouraged.
B. Bring some pocket money nonetheless. Recommended amount is 100-300.

3. Cosplay is highly recommended but not required.
A. NO BRINGING OF DANGEROUS PROPS
Ex: Weapon types, etc

4. Photos may be taken during the event but should not be distracting to the flow of planned activities

5. If you wish to leave for any reason (permanently/temporarily), please do so discreetly and inform the register/buddy that you are leaving. This is for purposes of statistics, security and sanity (of the host D: )

6. is too awesome to be a rule.

7. Clean your own mess.

8. Respect (at least try) the founders ^^;

9. Penalties exist for the following:

A. Late comers
B. Rowdy/ noisy/distracting participants
C. Uncooperative participants
D. Clutterers
