use skim milk instead of full milk. full milk is not recommended at all since it has so much more saturated fat. as to exercise depende na sa endurance sa imong body. best if you ask your doctor about this.
i think you're suppose to be in a cardiac diet...this is what the docz usually recommends for people who have a heart problem...you can't do too much exercise bcoz you're heart isn't pumping as good as normal people are & it'll have an overload and its very dangerous so try not to overdue it...regarding milk 2% milk or skim milk is usually used but i don't know if its available there in cebu so check out the grocery stores...
