ako gi format akong PC coz i change MBOARD then i want to activate my OS pero dili na siya mu activate?

OEM? why man pud imo giformat na mobo ra man giilisan?

ako format ang PC after i install the new MBOARD cge restart ang PC dili na kaabot sa safemode console!

OEM or full product imo installer?

It's obvious that you have an OEM license. OEM license is not transferable, you can only use this on a single machine. When your computer is slow and it is time to throw it away, then that license must legally be thrown away as well. Then buy another OS license.

Even if it is OEM, I'd still call Microsoft.
