    Default need advice before starting exercise


    Guys ngita ko sa inyung honest opinion. Naghunax2 ko na magstart ug exercise because I am already overweight (63.4kg and height is 149cm), irregular kaau ako periods like 6-8months ko wla period, I sleep during the day and not at night. Akong question is nagpaconsult mo ug doctor before starting exercise gusto unta ko mag gym na with trainer kai I want to avoid injuries. If nagpaconsult mo ug doctor what kind and where plus ilang consultation fee also nagpaconsult mo ug nutritionist? Naglibog pako kai its my first time to get into health and fitness. Hehe. Thank you daan sa maka help also aside from zumba naay exercise group dinhi Talisay city area? homebody man kaau ko and am changing my lifestyle.

    how old are you now?
    about zumba, naay free zumba sessions sa gaisano tabunok at night or at south town.. not sure if everyday.. basta makit-an ra nko puli2x na mga taw ug adto if asa ang libre..

    you can start with light exercises.ayaw kalita.ok ra kaayo na zumba.but you have to change your diet. remove any sweet foods from your daily diet. as in kalimti nanang mga ice cream,cake ug soft drinks for now. keep exercising buty dont over do it also. and you may have to cut down your rice consumption. half rice nalang.

    take it easy, ayaw kalita. like brisk walking sa ka on the first week, next kay start naka jog for a minutes lang usa until you build your stamina.

    As far as jogging sa Talisay area. Malingaw ra ka kay daghan2 sad mag jog in the morning sa may SRP area. Basin maagian ra tika diha soon. Haha

    pahangin sa for one month...brisk walking then jog before hitting the gym...
    den hinai2x pod sa kaon...dili pasabot nga mopass kag kaon ha...buntag gamai lang, nia banat sa udto og kaon...
    inig gabie kung kaya ra nimo pag prutas...maanad ra imo system ana...

    If you really want to start exercise then you need to follow the diet plan as well.
    you need to probe first about your body before involve into exercise.
    you should always have fresh and low-fat foods around.
    Keep it simple. Don't get too caught up on the specifics of your meal plans. Start by simply just counting calories.
    Eat your foods slower.
    Make healthier food selections like fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, and beans, low-fat or nonfat dairy products, low fat meats, .Thanks
