Error in rails gem installation

Hello mga bai,

Mag install ta ko ug rails pero naa man error:


C:\ruby\bin>gem install rails --remote
ERROR: While executing gem ... (Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError)
getaddrinfo: no address associated with hostname.(SocketError)

Unsa'y dapat buhaton nako ani bai?

I've seen this before and people have said to make sure you have.

activesupport
activerecord
actionwebservice
actionpack
actionmailer

also try including dependencies using --include-dependencies

Another idea is making sure you have an active internet connection, good DNS, etc.

I've only seen this on Windows platforms, so I gave up and have my development strictly on linux boxes.
