Grounded System Unit

Is it normal nga grounded jud akong system unit? It's quite uncomfortable when you're working a little adjustments inside the System Unit when it's turned on. At first I thought it's because of my generic PSU and some cables nga g tago sa likod, but now upon upgrading to a Modular 80+ bronze PSU brand. I still see that the system grounds man jud. AFAIK 3 socket plugs ang naay ground compared sa atong ordinary 2 socket lang dba? so my question is wala diay epek ang AVR? or akong AVR moy defective mao ni ground? thanks

possible nga avr, pero most of the time, sa inyo gyud nang sockets.

naa koy 1 socket nga mo ground, naa pud koy 2 ka sockets nga dili. Ambot lang unsay naa sa akong extension wire nga nawagtang man ang grounding sa ako pc
