Position Title	Qualifications	Responsibilities
UX Lead	• Minimum of 7 years experience in UX field with at least 2 years experience in managing teams of UX and design professionals • Fluent in Visio, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related design tools in addition to proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Degree in Library Science, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, Technical Communications, Computer Science, or related field • Ability to execute IA on complex transactional interfaces, taxonomies and metadata frameworks, and templates for content management systems	The UX Lead will work alongside project managers to: • Lead creative, business analysis, and technical teams in user research •Define requirements, create personas/profiles, user scenarios/flows, design concepts, navigation models, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and perform usability testing.

Java Developers	•Bachelor’s degree holder. •6+ years of professional programming experience in the programming languages: Jave Enterprise Edition, JSP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX •With experience on cross-browser testing and debugging applications. •Experience/Knowledge on the following is preferred: ◦Literary Portal,Spring Web Flow, JQuery Mobile, Wijmo ◦Banking industry or software product •Strong English verbal and written communications skills. •Strong analytical skills. Japanese Language Specialist	- Must be able to communicate effectively, verbal and written, in both Japanese and English - Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint	• Provides document translation services for various clients from different business fields (Documents to be translated are technical in nature, concerning specific business processes under the various computer platforms) • Translation tasks are from English to Japanese (Kanji) and vice versa • May require interpretation service during conferences or meetings with counterparts • Initiate and implement Quality Assurance and process improvement activities • Assist in the development of bilinguals by conducting brownbag or training • Ability and interest to learn business, tools and technical terminologies • Ability to use and contribute in strengthening translation tools to increase productivity • Works with teams and diverse range of people
