depends raman gyud bro!, even good brands will have some shortcommings...

advise lang nako is search for the item/laptop/notebook you like then do extensive research on it! like feedbacks and forums or reviews for that particular device.

Ari sa amoang production, I am working as a Tech Support, most Desktop PC's here are Dell and HP, they are running 24hours. They are good brands, i'll choose Dell and HP in terms of quality.

with 15k budget, maski asa sa 3 wouldn't really make much difference IMO... parehas2x ra na silag features/functions...

for a company/ corporate use, maong DELL, HP or Lenovo ang mga PC brand of choice kay tungod ni's technical support... like sa Ng Khai (just an example)...

companies/ corporation will only buy branded PCs (desktop and notebooks) and servers due to the offered technical support... mao pud, mahal2x ang prices ani nila kay business class man pud...

now, for personal use, labi na gamiton ug work/business for a notebook PC, preferable get the "Business class" and not the "Consumer Grade"... mas better ang gamit na components ani nila like the keyboard keys for example. mo last longer ni ang sa business class kay during its design, considered man na gamiton ni ug taas na number of hrs per day. on the consumer grade mobile PC, ang unang ma bati kay ang keyboard. ma papas lang dayon except sa mga "gaming" mobile PCs na pwerte pud mga mahala'g prices...

for a 15K php budget, limited ra gyud ni's "Consumer grade" notebook PC... get the unit w/ better warranty, better camera resolution (gamit kun ang online job, mag need ani) and better battery power capacity... granting, the CPU and other HW are of the same level...

mao pud ni ang limitation... the same ra gyud ni ug battery capacity ni ang gi mentioned na price range man gud... basin maka timing ug sale then inat gamay...

better still, mag notebook PC hunting ni's TS sa mga shops ug online shops para maka kuha'g current prices ug models w/in the stated budget then decision analysis dayon... hehehe...

Of the three, i'd choose Dell in a heart beat. I like their build quality, designs and yes, support. I just don't feel the other two brands. But that's just me.
