Last March 2 nag pa warranty ko ug PSU nila. Under pa sila sa name nga chai cebu sales @ strategic technologies. Pag March 28 mag follow up unta ko sa ako gi pa warranty kung asa na pero pag search na ko sa fb ni chai cebu sales @ strategic technologies kay dili na pwede ma chattan. mao to ni chat ko ni ni sir mike(siopao na asado) and i told him nga naa ko gpa pa warranty nga psu and reply ni sir mike "it has been 3 weeks cge mi post sa fan page. any warranty contact them as per the numbers indicated sa post". so na ngita ko sa name ni chai sa fb nya nakit,an na nako i added her and Jariel Jalosjos. Jariel was the 1st one to accept my friend request. after accepting my friend request i immediately PM'd him kung naa ba nila ang PSU nga ako gi pa warranty and he said naa daw ug wala kuno defect sa PSU. i told Jariel nga to contact my cousin(the owner of the PSU who is not here in cebu) and explain to him kung unsa ila findings sa PSU. April 7 my cousin told me nga mo anhi daw sa balai si Jariel kay mag testing daw sa PSU. on that day ni chat pud si Jariel, he was asking for my number and address and pwede ba daw cya mo anhi ron. i told him nga naa ko lakaw, pwede ba ugma nalang? and he said yes. pag April 8 ni chat cya hapit na 10pm asking me kung pwede ba pa daw mo anhi sa balai. wala ko ni reply kay gabii na baya nya dli napud ting bisita ng orasaha. pag april 11 i asked him kung pwede ba cya maka anhi sa balai para mag test sa PSU he said ill try mo txt ra daw cya. wala jud ko txt na dawat. yesterday ni chat ko niya kung kanus.a cya maka lugar ug anhi sa balai ni reply cya ganina buntag ingon cya nga mo txt ra daw cya karon gabii. wala ghapon txt.

grabe pud nga warranty oi. hapit na mag duha buwan.

sila man ni ingon nga mo anhi daw sila sa balai nako. i dont think naa ni sila office.

we considered them as family
giving them laptop,cellphones, providing what they need but still they are overwhelmed by MONEY. They never bothered to return the cash on hand on them as well, they just kept it.

maau lang unta ug dili ma daot ang imo item hangtud end sa warranty. tagbaw ka ug kugod2 aning mga tawhana kay murag wala man ni sila store jud. i deliver raman gani nila ang mga orders sa mga tao.
