Our marketing department is seeking an affiliate manager that helps develop, maintain and enhance our current affiliate program.
As a member of the marketing department you will increase our sales by improving our affiliates performance as well as finding new partners to promote our products.
Primary Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management. You will manage our internal affiliate program as well as our Commission Junction program.
Payment Coordinator. You will coordinate the monthly payment of our affiliates and make sure that our partners will be paid on-time, this includes our:
Internal affiliates
Commission Junction publishers
VIP affiliates in coordination with our sales department.
Affiliate Recruitment. You will find and seek possible affiliate program partners and recruit them to promote our products.
Research activities. Check the competitiveness of our internal affiliate program and make suggestions based on your research.
Check and review of orders. You find suspicious looking orders and take proper actions based on it.
Ticket and communication. You will assist our affiliates with any questions they might have so that they can promote our products the best way.
Affiliate Evaluation & Relationship. You will be in contact with our big affiliates! Do our affiliate sales perform the way we want them and do we have high performers that we want to contact individually to further improve our relationship with them? You will be asked to create in-depth analysis and building a relationship with our affiliates.
