No, dili ka OFW ana. OFW's are usually registered sa POEA & OWWA.
Nya ilang physical job site is gawas sa atong nasod jud.

IF imo na i-declare sa imong ITR, aw.... taxable jud na sa other source of income!

assuming nidatu ta sa Online...then i report ta sa BIR...unsaon man nato pag lusot
nga dili dapat i tax atoa income..w/c is sakit pod sa dughan kay sort of sideline naman unta nato

except sa mga naa jud business online...kitang mga freelancers/ebay/amazon/affiliates/odesk..
etc...dili ni money laundering ha...ngita lng paagi na legal ang reason..

    unsa man i reason?

If let's say modaku ang imong bizz, pwede ka magbuhat og BPO company and register things properly.

    ....great goal! Good luck!

Let me just correct what i stated.

    Kung registered OFW, wala tax.

Kung other earnings or online earnings, i believe taxable jud ba... if imo i-declare.
Gamay or daku, ma-compute'tan ra jud og tax.

Kung ang online earnings gi-tax na daan didto mismo sa nagbayad nimo, dili na na taxable.
Kay wala man siguro ta'y double taxation.

Kung imong himoong company ang imo online venture, mas maayo. Mas daghan ang deductible expenses nga pwede maka-reduce sa tax. Pero bottom line, taxable gihapon ang net income.

I maybe wrong on these though, but mao na ako nakat-unan sa school.

In the end, ang taxability sa income depende sa kung imo i-declare or dili.
Kung dili ka mo-declare, ayaw pa-obvious.

To some extinct yes most of the interet marketing experts has their tax return files exempted from the collectors because their tax is deducted at the time of amount receivables of their websites.
